Cobra’s True Dual Head Pipes feature individual 1-3/4″ pipes for increased exhaust flow, giving your Harley-Davidson Touring motorcycle optimal torque and power. But the large 2-1/2″ one-piece heat shields also provide proportionality and seamless flow to the V-Twin engine, keeping more heat off your legs for a cooler ride. The system includes head pipes, heat shields, and mounting hardware.
Features:
– Full-length, 2-1/2″ diameter heat shields cover the pipes from the exhaust ports to your muffler bodies (sold separately)
– The heat shields are a larger diameter than most other offerings on the market and the single-piece shields (especially on the rear pipe) are singular in their design and effectiveness
– The added benefit is that the larger heatshields will deflect more engine heat away from the rider, making it noticeably cooler for the rider and passenger
– The pipes were also designed to deliver optimal torque and power while increasing the stock bike’s ride ability right in the sweet spot of the torque curve
– The system consists of headpipes and heat shields and all of the mounting hardware needed to complete the installation
– The headpipe’s 1-3/4″ diameter ensures the stock mufflers and most aftermarket mufflers will fit
– You can reuse your OEM mufflers or match with any of Cobra’s slip on mufflers for optimum performance
